PARVOVIRUS B19 DNA PCR

This a qualitative test used in the diagnosing the parvovirus infection using real-time PCR. Parvovirus has a variety of disease manifestations including Fifth disease, persistent anaemia, transient aplastic crisis, and congenital hydrops fetalis.
