CD56 (NATURAL KILLER CELLS)

In this test, Blood sample is drawn from your vein to collect atleast 5 ml of blood. Natural killer cells or NT are generally characterized by the presence of CD56 and absence of CD3. To help NT function, the presence of CD16 is important as it induces cytokine expression.
