The presence of alcohol in the CNS causes intoxication and excessive amount could prove to be fatal. An ounce of wine, whisky or other drink increase the blood alcohol levels by 15-25 mg/dL. The women have a higher ability to absorb women as compared to men and show a 35 to 45 percent higher blood alcohol levels. This level is useful in determining the level of intoxication or impairment.
