SCRUB TYPHUS IgM

Scrub Typhus fever is a zoonotic disorder and is caused by the bite of larval mite, Orientia tsutsugamushi. The illness could be fatal at times and has an incubation period of 6-21 days. The symptoms include fever, headache, myalgia, etc. In severe cases the patient might develop Encephalitis and Interstitial pneumonia.
