ORGANIC ACID QUANTITATIVE
Organic acids are directly or indirectly indicating the deficiency of a number of vitamins, such as vitamin B12, pantothenic acid, biotin and more. The important use of this test is to indicate the abnormal overgrowth of the yeast and bacteria in the intestinal tract. Some bacterial byproducts enter the intenstine through bloodstream and may alter metabolism of neurotransmitters.
How to prepare for the test?
A drug history and clinical test should be accompanied along with the sample.
