MUMPS- PCR - QUALITATIVE

This is a qualitative test is used to diagnose mumps virus infection. This real-time PCR rapidly detects mumps virus RNA is an infected patient. Mumps is an acute contagious disease caused by RNA virus paramyxoviridae resulting in loss of appetite, fever, chewing pain in adults, and swelling of the parotid gland in children.
