This assay is used in detecting the presence of antibodies IgE to the meat allergen. The useful in detecting allergies to 5 common meat allergens: Chicken, beef, turkey, lamb, and pork. The onset of symptoms can begin within minutes and can be delayed up to 24- 48 hrs.
