LAMB ALLERGY TEST

This is an IgE antibody test to determine if the patient is allergic to lamb meat. Red meat allergy is a hypersensitivity reaction characterized by angioedema, anaphylaxis, urticaria and gastrointestinal symptoms after ingesting lamb meat.
