Jak 2 Mutation – Exon 12 Test In Delhi

This a qualitative test for detection of JAK-2 V617F mutation in granulocytes and platelets of ET patients. Janus kinase 2 (JAK-2) is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase important for controlling of white blood cells from hematopoietic stem cells. V617F mutation results in JAK-2 leads to an abnormal proliferation of blood cells resulting in conditions such as ET, PV, and PMF.
